Florida Realtors has changed its data/statistical system. Beginning with the 2012 housing data releases, the new data system is a partnership between Florida Realtors Industry Data and Analysis (IDA) department and new vendor 10K Research and Marketing.

Under the new system, Florida Realtors is only reporting/releasing statewide Florida Housing Market data and trends – there is no longer a report from Florida Realtors that includes the state’s metropolitan statistical areas (MSA) data. Instead, the local Realtor associations are empowered to release their own local association data. The local association report is not a geographic based report, but is based on data reported from and by their board/association members.

For the monthly local association real estate data, you will need to contact the local Realtor organizations in your area.

To see the full statewide housing sales data report pdf, go to Florida Realtors Media Center website at: http://media.floridarealtors.org/market-data and click under Florida Housing Market Data.

Still have questions about the new data system? Please contact Florida Realtors Industry Data and Analysis department at 407.438.1400 and ask for the IDA department.
