Palm Beach Realtor® to Serve As President of Florida’s Largest Professional Association

ORLANDO, Fla., February 2019 – Eric Sain, a Realtor® and district sales manager with Illustrated Properties in Palm Beach, has been installed as the 2019 president of Florida Realtors®, the state’s largest professional association with 187,000 members.

“Our state will continue to attract a strong flow of new residents, visitors and businesses in 2019, and our Realtors will be there to help buyers and sellers at every step of the way,” says Sain. “There is always a benefit to owning a residential or commercial property in Florida.”

A leader in regional, state and national real estate organizations, Sain has served as president of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and was its “Realtor of the Year” in 2010; the association is now part of the Realtors® of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale. He has been a director and district vice president of the state association, and served on many boards, forums and committees. He has also been a director of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and was the 2018 liaison to NAR’s Realtor Party Disbursement Committee.

In the community, Sain was appointed to Governor Charlie Crist’s Task Force for Housing Remediation in 2009 and served as 2018 vice chair of the West Palm Beach Flood Plain Management Committee. He also belongs to numerous other business and civic organizations. “One of my goals for the coming year is to analyze our state’s water situation, and how it affects our regional economies,” he says.

As president of the state association, Sain will focus on providing Florida Realtors with robust information, education and advocacy programs to help them deliver the highest level of professional service to their clients and communities. “From predictive analytics to mobile apps to videos and drones, technology is a crucial element of serving our clients,” says Sain. “We will continue to help our members learn about these types of tools and apply them in their businesses, so they can be more productive and profitable.”
