Home prices should continue to rise throughout Florida in 2019 thanks to high demand from U.S. and international buyers, says Pappas, who is active in residential and commercial brokerage. “That’s good news for sellers considering the next step in their lives,” she adds. “It’s also a positive signal for investors seeking income-producing residential or commercial assets with the potential for future appreciation.”

A leader in regional, state and national real estate organizations, Pappas is a board member of the Miami Association of Realtors and chair of its Young Professionals Network Leadership Board. She has been a leader in the Women’s Council of Realtors, serving as education and events co-chair.

Pappas has also been a director of the state association, a member of various state committees and forums, and a liaison and a director of the National Association of Realtors. In the community, Pappas is a trustee of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and of the Chamber South. She is a Cornell Alumni Admissions ambassador, a United Way Young Leader executive committee member and former Young President’s/World President’s Organization Next Generation Liaison for Miami.

As treasurer of the state association, Pappas will focus on providing Florida Realtors with robust information, education and advocacy programs to help them deliver the highest level of professional service to their clients and communities. “We know that technology is one of the keys to serving sellers and buyers effectively, and we help our members stay connected as their customers,” she says. “We are also effective advocates for homeownership, which strengthens our communities.”
