ORLANDO, Fla. – For more than half of Americans, the main reason to buy a home is simply because they want a place to call their own, according to the “Homebuyer Insight Report” recently released by Bank of America (BofA).
According to the report’s findings, both emotional and practical reasons motivate homebuyers. Florida’s Realtors® know that while most buyers are looking for more space, they also desire a place to call their own, a place to build a life and make memories.
