Pasco County Realtor® Installed As District Vice President of Florida’s Largest Professional Association
ORLANDO, Fla., January 2010 – Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, owner, Commercial Assets Partners Realty in Trinity, has been installed as District 6 vice president of Florida Realtors®, the state’s largest professional association. A member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors and the West Pasco Board of Realtors, Tuttle-Beisner will serve her fellow professionals in District 6, which encompasses Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
“With low home prices, stable interest rates and the extension of the federal tax credit for buyers, we expect strong sales activity in our district’s residential market,” says Tuttle-Beisner, who is active in commercial brokerage, property management, and residential brokerage. “However, it will be a challenging year in the commercial sector.”
A leader in regional and state real estate organizations, Tuttle-Beisner served as president of the West Pasco Board of Realtors in 2007, secretary in 2005 and treasurer in 2004. She is 2010 president of the Gulf Coast commercial association, and was secretary in 2008 and treasurer in 2007.
On the state level, Tuttle-Beisner has been a director since 2006 and a member of the Commercial Committee (formerly Commercial Alliance) since 2006. She has also served on the communications and professional standards committees.
Active in the community, Tuttle-Beisner was 2008-2009 president of the Pasco Pediatric Foundation, and 2007-2009 chairperson of the Pasco Economic Development Existing Industry Committee. She has been a member of the Pasco Economic Development Council since 1998.
As district vice president of the state association, Tuttle-Beisner priorities include enhancing educational programs, while building awareness of the benefits offered by Florida Realtors®. “Our association has an extensive array of tools to help real estate professionals build their businesses, while assisting homebuyers and sellers in achieving their personal dreams,” she says.
Florida Realtors®, formerly known as the Florida Association of Realtors®, serves as the voice for real estate in Florida. It provides programs, services, continuing education, research and legislative representation to its 115,000 members in 67 boards/associations.
