Stay on the Winning Track with FAR: Attend the 2005 Florida Broker/Manager Profitability Conference Oct. 13

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 21, 2005 -- Real estate professionals know that managing a successful business doesn’t happen by accident. It takes hard work, dedication and expertise to keep a brokerage running smoothly and profitably. That's why brokers and managers interested in improving their businesses’ bottom line are planning to attend the Florida Association of Realtors’® (FAR) sixth annual Florida Broker/Manager Profitability Conference on Oct. 13.

Taking place at the Renaissance Orlando Hotel near Orlando's International Airport, the 2005 Broker/Manager Profitability Conference offers participants the chance to network and learn about the latest strategies for improving profitability in today's competitive real estate industry, including new trends in brokerage management and tips for effective business leadership. Sessions include: a discussion on what's happening now in the real estate industry and what may lie ahead by leading real estate economist and former National Association of Realtors (NAR) chief economist John Tuccillo; an update on risk management and legal issues facing the marketplace; and a business model panel to discuss the impact of different brokerage models on real estate today.

The featured luncheon speaker will be John Ansbach, who will offer tips for "Game-winning Recruiting: Find the Best from Every Generation." Ansbach will provide insight into generational recruiting to help brokers and managers meet the challenges of finding and keeping the people they need to drive organizational profitability into the future.

Brokers and managers who want to register for the Florida Broker/Manager Profitability Conference should call the FAR Registrar at 800-669-4327. Register on or before Sept. 30 for a cost of $130 per participant. After that date, the cost is $150 and registrations will be taken on site. FAR members can obtain a complete schedule and registration information by clicking here (password required).
