Palm Beach Realtor®Is Vice President of Florida’s Largest Professional Association
ORLANDO, Fla., February 2017 – Eric Sain, district sales manager overseeing the Palm Beach-based office of the Valore Group, part of The Keyes Co.’s luxury division, is the 2017 vice president of Florida Realtors®, the state’s largest professional association with 165,000 members.
“Our state’s real estate market will continue its upward trajectory in the coming year,” says Sain, who is active in residential sales.
"Demand remains high for residential and commercial properties from buyers seeking to fulfill their big dreams of a better life in Florida."
A leader in local, state and national real estate organizations, Sain has served as chairman of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and was its Realtor of the Year in 2010. He has been a director and district vice president of the Florida Realtors, and served on many forums and committees. He is also a director of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and chair of NAR’s Public Policy Coordinating Committee.
In the community, Sain was appointed to a governor’s task force for housing remediation in 2009 and is a member of the West Palm Beach Water Advisory Board and West Palm Beach Flood Plain Management Committee. He also belongs to numerous other business and civic organizations.
As vice president of the state association, Sain will focus on enhancing Florida Realtors’ services, support and advocacy programs for real estate professionals. “Our industry continues to evolve and real estate professionals can never stop learning,” he says. “In addition, advocacy is one of our most important services, and Florida Realtors will continue to serve as an effective voice for homeowners and local communities throughout the state.”
