Realtors® from across Florida will attend the state association’s 99th annual convention on Aug. 19-23, 2015, at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort in Orlando. This year’s convention celebration showcases productivity, profitability and professionalism. It features more than 35 education sessions from top industry speakers on various topics such as new trends in real estate, improving sales and productivity, effective property management, converting leads into business and strategies for working with investors. Sessions have been organized by tracks that allow attendees to focus on their core interest: technology, broker issues, productivity, trends, personal growth and continuing education.

Author, motivational speaker and Orlando Magic Senior Vice President Pat Williams will share Walt Disney’s “5 Secrets for Success,” which helped Williams sell a franchise to the NBA.
- Keynote Awards Luncheon: Aug. 20, 11:15-1:30 p.m.
Florida Realtors honors its own at a ticketed event, including recognizing the Humanitarian of the Year and Realtor of the Year. In the keynote address, world-class guitarist, comedian, personal development expert and entertainer Mike Rayburn asks the life-changing question, “What if?” – using his guitar and comedy to demonstrate how to access your potential. Tickets are $50 and will be sold as long as they’re available or until 4 p.m. on Aug. 19.
- General Session with Lou Holtz: Aug. 21, 12:15-1:15 p.m.
An inspirational miracle worker who revitalized the Notre Dame football team to win nine bowl games and a national championship, Holtz was voted the top motivational speaker two years running by a survey of speakers’ bureaus. One complimentary ticket is automatically included with full convention registration.
- “Party on the Moon” Dance Concert, Aug. 20, 8-11 p.m.
Voted America’s top corporate and private party band, Party On The Moon delivers a high-energy evening of the latest dance music, ‘80s classic rock, Latin, disco/funk, R&B and Motown fun.
